Job Title: SAP FI/CO Consultant Location: StuttgartWork Type: Long Term ContractWork Mode: Hybrid/ 3 days onsiteJob Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, hands-on SAP configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes. Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). Provide expertise in integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR). Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and troubleshooting of SAP FICO solutions. Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to design solutions. Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Deliver user training, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support. Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in implementation and support projects. Strong knowledge of FI sub-modules: GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), AA (Asset Accounting), Banking. Strong knowledge of CO sub-modules: Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA. Good understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules. Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with S/4HANA Finance (desirable). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (CPA or MBA is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in FI/CO. Knowledge of Fiori Apps for Finance. Experience in global implementations and multi-currency environments. Familiarity with business process design and change management.
