Node.js Mastery: Excellent knowledge of Node.js ecosystem. Quality Assurance: Ability to configure and maintain automated tests. SDLC: Familiarity with the entire software development process (requirements to implementation). Best Practices: Solid knowledge of design patterns and development tools. Independence: Ability to work independently and take ownership of the application backend. Nice to have: Experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Dev. Proactivity, initiative, and excellent client communication skills.
