We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Integration Architect with extensive proficiency in Salesforce integration technologies and tools, including MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, and RESTful APIs.The project is a pioneering initiative aimed at revolutionizing medication distribution to ensure essential treatments are accessible to twice as many patients at twice the speed. By harnessing advanced systems and cutting-edge technologies, the initiative seeks to redefine efficiency and accessibility in healthcare delivery. Beyond accelerating distribution mechanisms, the project is committed to improving all facets of the patient experience, ensuring individuals receive comprehensive support and satisfaction throughout their care journey.RESPONSIBILITIES Design end-to-end integration solutions for Salesforce, ensuring efficient system interoperability Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and deliver scalable integration designs Define integration patterns, protocols, and technical standards tailored for Salesforce and connected systems Identify and recommend integration tools, middleware, and relevant technologies for data synchronization Develop strategies and roadmaps that align integrations with organizational objectives and tech landscape Provide leadership to development teams in implementing integration solutions using best practices Conduct testing activities to guarantee integration reliability, performance, and security Diagnose and resolve integration challenges to minimize system downtime or data inconsistencies Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and analysts, on integration outcomes Evaluate emerging Salesforce integration updates and trends for their applicability to organizational needs Offer technical guidance and support across all phases of the project lifecycle, from design to post-deployment Configure Salesforce External Objects to enable real-time access to external data sources Utilize OOTB Salesforce integration capabilities, including Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, and REST/SOAP APIs Document integration architectures, specifications, and configurations for efficient knowledge transfer REQUIREMENTS Extensive background in architecting complex integration solutions within Salesforce environments Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration tools, including MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, and RESTful APIs Proficiency in integration protocols such as SOAP, HTTP, and FTP, as well as security standards like OAuth and SSL Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, including ETL processes, data mapping, and synchronization methods Familiarity with integration challenges across cloud platforms, on-premises systems, databases, and external applications Competency in identifying and resolving intricate integration issues through analytical problem-solving Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across various organizational levels Proven leadership experience guiding development teams and offering technical mentorship Qualifications in Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certifications are considered advantageous Knowledge of configuring Salesforce External Objects and leveraging native integration features like Canvas SDK WE OFFER
