You will act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing multiple projects end-to-end while bridging business needs with technical solutions—particularly in the area of data integration and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery Lead discussions with clients on data integration, system architecture, and ERP connectivity Understand client data structures and business processes to provide technical and functional guidance Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate and oversee solution implementation Manage acceptance testing (UAT) and support client trainings Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations

Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams
