General Description:

The role involves processing a range of highly specialized operations, often requiring research or investigation beyond standard procedures. You will work in a dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Instruction Management: Follow up on instructions received from clients and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Operational Processing: Handle daily deadlines, payments, distributions, and reconciliations related to corporate actions.
• Defect Resolution: Address operational defects promptly with a strong focus on risk and client satisfaction.
• Escalation Handling: Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with agents, depositories, trustees, and Client Service representatives.
• Investigations: Follow up on defaults and complex restructuring cases.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements, problem-solving sessions, and operational reviews.
• Training & Coaching: Support team members by sharing expertise and training on specific processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Good knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
• Previous experience in  back-office banking environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle risky operations and escalate issues appropriately.
• Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to unpredictable events.
