Your future companyOn behalf of our client – a leading Polish manufacturer of waterproofing materials – we are looking for a Key Account Manager: a proactive and motivated individual who will be responsible for active sales and relationship building with business partners in Austria. ***Knowledge of bituminous membranes is required***RequirementsExperience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or related industryStrong knowledge of the Austrian market – an existing network of contacts is a plusFluency in German (a must)Communicative level of EnglishWillingness to travel frequently within AustriaSelf-reliance, determination, and a strong focus on achieving resultsResponsibilitiesActive acquisition of B2B clients (construction wholesalers, material suppliers, contractors) in the Austrian marketBuilding long-term business relationships based on trust and partnershipPresenting company products and offering technical advice tailored to client needsClose cooperation with the export and logistics teams in PolandMarket analysis, monitoring of competitor activities, and preparation of sales reportsParticipation in industry trade fairs and events promoting the brand in AustriaThe offerStable employment in a well-established company with dynamic growth plansAttractive compensation system – base salary + performance-based commissionCompany car (also for personal use), phone, laptop, and other necessary toolsComprehensive technical and marketing support from the team in PolandProduct training at the company’s headquartersOpportunity to make a real impact on sales development and brand positioning in Austria
