Are you an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Specialist with proven expertise in global enterprise environments?emagine has an opportunity for you to support and enhance Kinaxis Maestro rollouts and provide critical L2 support as part of a collaborative global team.Skills & Experience Kinaxis Maestro expertise in global enterprise environments (mandatory). Strong understanding of SAP supply chain processes and SAP-Maestro integration. SailPoint experience preferred. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a global IT and Supply Chain team. Must be European Nationals based in Europe.  Key Tasks & Deliverables L2 Support: Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues across all environments; perform root cause analysis; escalate to Kinaxis when necessary. Configuration & Changes: Implement minor changes, maintain master data, and recommend process optimizations. Security & Compliance: Support log management, SailPoint integration, and cybersecurity compliance activities. Deployments: Participate in go-live planning, cutover support, and hypercare activities for planned rollouts. Maintain up-to-date configuration documentation, SOPs, and close existing gaps.  Value Proposition:Join a global initiative stabilizing and expanding Kinaxis Maestro across multiple regions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring platform stability, supporting rollouts, and driving continuous improvement in a collaborative, enabling environment.Other DetailsThis is a full-time remote position, adhering to EU business hours. The contract includes a 2-month knowledge transfer clause to ensure continuity of operations in case of premature engagement conclusion.
