Lead ArchitectWarsaw (2 days in office per week)Salary: 28 000 – 32 000 PLN gross (+annual bonus up to 20%)Employer: International corporation providing financial services to companies Responsibilities: Defining and governing the organisation’s enterprise architecture, Assuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals, regulatory & security requirements, and architectural standards Lead the development of current and future-state models across data, application, and technology domains, support major programmes with solution oversight, and embed security and compliance into designs Be a strategic advisor, they engage senior stakeholders, guide delivery teams, and drive innovation through emerging technologies and shared platforms. Work closely with a team of architects, fostering architectural excellence, and supporting business case through delivery  Requirements: Experience in role of Enterprise or Lead Architect within regulated sector (finance, fintech, insurance, Insurtech, etc.) In depth knowledge of architecture governance and principles and defining architecture design standards Experience in leading architecture in complex, multi-cloud or hybrid environments Experience with Agile and DevOps Understanding of all layers of IT solutions from network and platform to applications; knowledge of integration Excellent stakeholder management and communication Experience in leading architecture boards – desired Certificates like TOGAF, BIAN, Azure Architect – are nice to have Fluent in English language
