Lead Automation Test Engineer (Cybersecruity) Contract type: B2BWork mode: Hybrid – 6 days per month from the office (Kraków preferred, or Warsaw) The Role:We are looking for a Lead Automation Test Engineer to drive automation testing excellence across web, database, and cloud applications. You will lead a talented team of testers, develop robust automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality, secure delivery. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and manage automation engineers. Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (UI, API, database). Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Perform cloud testing across AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba environments. Collaborate with business and technical leads to define test plans, scenarios, and coverage. Identify process improvements and introduce innovative automation solutions. Ensure traceability, defect tracking, and high-quality reporting. Contribute to performance testing standards, governance, and best practices.   What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in automation testing with Java, SQL, and JavaScript. Experience with Selenium WebDriverIO, Cucumber, RestAssured, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud testing methodologies. Familiarity with IAM platforms, APIs (REST/SCIM), LDAP, OIDC, and graph databases. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Leadership and mentoring experience with strong communication skills. Positive, collaborative, and self-driven mindset.   Bonus Skills: SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SaaS testing, Pub/Sub, MQ. Programming in Python, PHP, .NET, Go, MySQL/SQL Server.
