About the projectThe client is building a next-generation, AI-first digital platform designed for scale, high engagement, and strong monetization. The product combines advanced AI experiences, gamification, and creator-driven distribution to redefine its category.The company operates in a high-performance startup environment: fast shipping, aggressive iteration, and a direct link between your work and business impact.This is a product built to grow – and you will design the engine behind that growth.Own the product UX end-to-end and design high-impact user flows that directly drive conversion, retention, and monetization.This role treats UX as a growth lever, not just a design function.You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership, with full ownership over key product surfaces. Key responsibilities Own and design core UX flows across the web product: onboarding, paywalls, monetization surfaces, retention loops and key user journeys Translate business goals into UX solutions: map journeys, design experiments, iterate based on data Produce high-quality designs in Figma with strong systems (components, tokens, scalable UI kits) Partner closely with Product Managers to define hypotheses, experiments and success metrics Collaborate with analytics to measure impact and iterate based on results Work directly with engineers to ship quickly: clear specs, implementation QA, rapid iteration cycles Requirements 5+ years of experience in product UI/UX design (B2C products) Strong Figma skills and experience building and maintaining design systems Proven ability to work closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-paced environment Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, shipped work and measurable impact Conversion-aware mindset and ability to design for business outcomes, not just aesthetics Ability to move fast without creating design debt
