With a dedicated team of 50+ specialists, we have successfully implemented projects in multiple countries, meeting the highest international standards and earning recognition as a trusted partner for airports and air navigation service providers.About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the “go-to” person for coordinating our supply chain, purchasing, and company equipment. You are someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to get things done, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes full ownership of the assets under your care. Key Responsibilities  Procurement Management: Sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and executing purchases to ensure timely delivery of goods. Asset & Inventory Control: Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of company equipment and supplies. Logistics Coordination: Organizing transport, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues. Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the condition of company assets and scheduling repairs or replacements when necessary. Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors through regular phone and email communication. Requirements  Polish C1 English B1 Hands-on Approach: You are proactive and comfortable making frequent phone calls to vendors and partners. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in inventory and documentation. Driving License: Valid Category B driving license and readiness to travel/operate locally if needed. Purchasing Skills: Proven ability to source products and handle procurement processes effectively. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Nice to Have  Previous experience in inventory management software or ERP systems. Technical understanding of the equipment being managed. Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
