• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field., • 10+ years of experience in European logistics and distribution, incl. 5+ years in management (ideally in manufacturing)., • Strong knowledge of European logistics landscape – transport, warehousing, and customs., • Proven leadership with ability to engage teams in fast-paced, high-performance environments., • Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to work independently, proactively, and adapt to changing business needs., • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)., • Experience in logistics procurement, tenders, negotiations, and contract management desirable., • Willingness to travel across Europe., • ISM/APICS certification., • Proficiency in French, Swedish or Polish.
