Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Professional experience in a sales or service organization, ideally in Order Fulfillment or Customer Service Logistics, Deep understanding of transportation and shipping processes within an international environment, Proficiency in SAP, Office 365, and experience with logistics-relevant MRP systems, Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams and management levels, Demonstrated customer orientation and proactive problem-solving mindset, Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, Fluent in English (mandatory); additional European languages are highly beneficial for cross-country collaboration, Team-oriented, structured, and hands-on approach to daily operations, Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in driving tasks independently, Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on quality and efficiency, High degree of customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement
