Proven experience in delivering training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications, such as Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps, as well as internally developed digital tools, Experience in creating clear and user-friendly training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and short demo videos, Hands-on experience in providing user support during and after training sessions, helping end users apply new skills in their daily work, Experience in gathering and analyzing feedback from end users, identifying learning gaps, and proposing improvements to training content and digital tools, Ability to collaborate closely with Digital Transformation or IT teams to support adoption strategies and ensure consistent communication around new digital capabilities
