Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business., 5+ years of managerial experience in cost accounting or financial control, with leadership exposure, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment., Advanced SAP knowledge (FI, CO, COPA); knowledge of SAP (MM, SD) is a benefit., Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required., Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required., Experience with business warehouses and automation tools is a plus., Strong leadership skills., Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions., Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities with hands-on execution capability.
