Position Overview: The Manager, Workplace Environment plays a key role in shaping Inspirato’s in-office employee experience and culture. Serving as the front desk receptionist, this role creates a welcoming, connected, and service-oriented workplace. Through strong relationships, thoughtful hospitality, and a consistent presence in the office, this position ensures employees and guests feel supported, valued, and genuinely excited to be in the space.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day in-office experience, ensuring the workplace is welcoming, organized, and well maintained for employees and visitors.
- Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, welcoming employees, guests, and partners in person and by phone, and acting as the first point of contact for the Denver office.
- Build strong relationships across the company through a visible, approachable presence and a consistent service-oriented mindset.
- Create a positive and engaging office environment through planned moments, team events, and culture building activities.
- Manage relationships with the building owner and office vendors, serving as the main point of contact for workplace needs and coordination.
- Oversee facilities related requests and issues, partnering with property management and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage office operations including shared spaces, office supplies, snacks, beverages, mail, and overall office readiness.
- Partner with People Operations to support onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup and office access.
- Manage office access and visitor coordination to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
- Track office related expenses and vendor invoices, supporting responsible budget oversight.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, hospitality, or operational roles within a fast paced, professional environment.
- Strong organizational instincts with a high level of attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence interacting with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a dynamic office setting.
- Experience coordinating vendors, facilities services, or building operations.
- Ability to work independently while partnering cross functionally with People Operations, IT, and leadership.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, discretion, and sound judgment.
What We Offer
- Compensation – $65,000 - $75,000 We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
- Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.

- Travel Benefits: Access to exclusive Inspirato homes, hotels, and experiences, including an annual complimentary stay. After one year of employment, you will be eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year at an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
