Market Development & Sales Specialist – Irrigation. Rozwija rynek nawadniania w Polsce i Europie Środkowej, pozyskuje zamówienia, prezentuje produkty, wspiera klientów, zarządza bazą danych. Wymagane wykształcenie wyższe, min. 3 lat doświadczenia w sprzedaży, znajomość CRM, gotowość do podróży (≈70 %), płynna znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego.
Your responsibilities Develop and expand the irrigation market in Poland and Central Europe. Increase product sales among contractors, designers, private companies,municipalities, and public institutions. Present and demonstrate company’s products, their applications, functions,benefits, and ease of use. Conduct regular field visits to green infrastructure sites – secure orders, provide technical support, and build relationships. Collaborate with the Senior Area Sales Manager and key distributors. Organize and lead demo days, roadshows, training sessions, webinars, trade fairs, and industry events. Provide basic technical support to clients and distributors in the local language. Build company’s competitive advantage through high-quality service, field presence, and proactive client engagement. Manage and develop the customer database and utilize it for marketing activities. Ideal Candidate Profile - We are looking for someone who: Has natural energy and can inspire others – this trainer-sales role requires enthusiasm and commitment. Communicates comfortably and engagingly with people. Is curious, asks “why,” and contributes their own ideas. Has basic sales experience and wants to further develop their skills. Possesses sales aptitude and openness to learning the technical aspects of products. Preferably has experience in a technical industry. Is at an early or mid-career stage and wants to grow in the irrigation industry. Our requirements University degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related roles. Ability to understand and explain technical products. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70%). Independence, high motivation, and ability to work in a team. Fluent in Polish and English – mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the irrigation industry (design, installation, or sales). Experience in landscape architecture or green construction.
