We are a community of engineers and senior advisors who work with our clients across industries, playing a deep and meaningful role in accelerating and realizing their vision and strategy.About the positionWe are looking for a seasoned multilingual Marketing and Communications Specialist to strengthen our customer engagement and to increase the reach and impact of our brand through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR in Poland and abroad. Your main duties will also include internal communication and support the CEO and the CGO in implementing their communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills. You will report to the CGO.Key responsibilitiesB2B MarketerLead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all marketing materialsProduce and keep up-to-date a clear set of brand and style guidelinesDevelop and present service presentationsCreate content for website, print, other media, and online campaignsDevelop and execute B2B marketing plan for lead generation that may include ad campaigns, email campaigns, online content, participation in industry conferences and eventsPartner with and manage digital agencies/vendors, as neededDevelop and manage the use of marketing tools and their integration with the internal systemsPerform industry and competitive analysisManage marketing budget alongside the CGOSocial Media SpecialistBuild and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identificationGenerate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actionSet up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social contentCreate editorial calendars and syndication schedulesContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the informationCollaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actionsInternal & External CommunicationWrite and produce presentations and press releasesOrganize and attend promotional events such as conferences, open days and exhibitionsDevelop diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, chats, digital screens, email, landing pages, micro websites as the appropriate means for communicating with staff depending on the nature and context of different communicationsDesign a framework for clear and effective employee communication on a broad variety of topics to create a sense of shared targetCompetencies5+ ExperienceBS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public RelationsFluency in English and Polish; French is a nice to haveProven success in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsClean and clear copywriting skills in English and Polish are mandatoryPrevious experience in B2B marketing is a mostWriting experience within the digital sector is considered an advantageExcellent working knowledge of major social media channelsPerfect usage of Canva and other presentation tools Feel comfortable reporting to multiple C-levels in a highly dynamic and agile environmentPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational skillsWhat we offerContract under Polish law: B2B or Umowa o PracęBenefits such as private medical care, group insurance, Multisport cardThere are English classes availableOpportunity to work with excellent professionalsHigh standards of work and focus on the quality of codeNew technologies in useContinuously learning and growthInternational teamPinball, PlayStation & much more (on-site 🤫)
