Social media, video content, and clear brand storytelling play a key role in how we reach and engage our audience. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will support daily marketing operations, coordinate agency cooperation, manage social media profiles, and actively contribute to creating engaging content that strengthens our brands’ presence and consistency across markets.Key Responsibilities Coordinating ongoing cooperation and operational communication with international and Polish marketing agencies Supporting and executing content creation across multiple marketing channels Managing and maintaining company social media profiles Creating and editing short-form video content (reels, clips) using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication Requirements Fluent English (C1 level or higher), enabling effective communication with international agencies and partners Hands-on experience with social media management and content publishing Ability to create, adapt, and prepare marketing materials for different channels Practical experience in creating and editing short-form video content Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong communication skills Experience cooperating with both international and Polish marketing agencies is a plusWhat We Offer:  Work in a fast-growing, international environment Real impact on projects Support from an experienced team of professionals Discounts on our products Sharing the cost of sport activities Live insurance Training and development budget
