2+ years of experience in finance, financial master data management, or a related role., Hands-on experience with financial master data, including cost centers, internal orders, and GL accounts., Experience managing customer and vendor master data., Strong SAP experience; familiarity with additional ERP or financial systems is a plus., Solid understanding of data governance, data quality management, and financial system processes., Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability., Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global and cross-functional teams., Experience working with global data standards, templates, and harmonization initiatives., Ability to manage priorities, meet SLAs, and perform accurately in a high-volume environment., A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and data-driven decision-making., Experience with SAP MDG and S/4HANA., Experience with ServiceNow.
