The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in consulting environments with direct client engagement, which is essential for success in this role.You will join a dynamic analytics team focused on delivering modern data products and solutions, primarily within the Life Sciences industry, supporting a range of global commercial and analytical initiatives.In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing business requirements and ensuring data quality for commercial reporting and analytics.Your main responsibilities will include:Analyzing and validating business requirements for commercial reporting and analytical solutions.Identifying, profiling, and modeling data sources, including logical and physical data models.Performing detailed data analysis and preparing analytical SQL scripts.Defining and documenting data product specifications.Preparing and executing system integration tests (SIT) and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.Troubleshooting issues and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.Creating analytical documentation and technical specifications.Working closely with business stakeholders and actively participating in meetings.Collaborating with internal and client project teams within an agile environment.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role.Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Amazon S3, Jira, and Confluence.Experience with Excel and common BI tools (e.g., Power BI).Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Very good command of English.Nice to Have:Experience with commercial data domains such as sales, customer, product, loyalty, FFE, and related areas.Familiarity with the Life Sciences sector, with a preference for Animal Health; experience in Human Pharma is also welcome.Prior experience working directly with clients in a consulting or advisory role.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including collaboration with global stakeholders.Background in AI, data integration, or data science.Ability to assess project context and identify dependencies and potential risks.Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban).
