Today, we are a strong community of 2,000+ professionals and a reliable partner for global industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies.The Middle Accountant will ensure the financial integrity of the N-iX Poland legal entity to the N-iX companies and regulatory compliance by following local GAAP and IFRS standards. This role involves timely and accurate preparation of monthly reporting packages, collection of all primary accounting documents and registers, posting of accounting transactions in the Optima Comarch ERP system and performing detailed reconciliations. It is essential to ensure that all financial information related to N-iX Poland business operations is recorded accurately and completely within the required timeframe while maintaining compliance with both local and international accounting standards.Duties:Ensure compliance with Polish GAAP and IFRS and any other relevant regulatory requirements.Manage the collection and posting of accounting documents and transactions in Comarch Optima ERP, verifying that entries areproperly documented and meet both local legal requirements and Group policy standards.Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure timely implementation within the company.Execute and oversee monthly closing procedures in accordance with headquarters guidelines and Polish best practices.Prepare bookkeeping inputs and journal entries, including necessary supporting documentation as required by Polish law orcompany policy.Financial Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure financial data accuracyand completeness.
