you have 5+ years experience in investment operations/middle-office within asset management, fund administration or custody, you have practical wide experience with trade lifcycle across asset classes, asset servicing and corporate actions, reconciliations, pricing and data management, SWIFT, you have ractical experience in OMS configuration, understadning of OMS functionality and operational data flow, 3rd party trade processing supporting platforms (OMGEO, DTC Trade Suite, MarginSphere, MarkitWire etc.), you have a strong knowledge of investment processes, financial instruments and pricing, you understand market standards and frameworks (incl. UCITS, AIFMD, EMIR, ESMA, KNF etc.), you have pracitcal experience collaborating with FO (portfolio managers, traders), Risk, Compliance and 3rd party vendors within asset management, you are excellent at communication, you are able to work in fast-paces, high-volume environements, you speak Polish fluently (C1 level at least), you have a good level of English (daily communication with offshore team), you know Blackrock Aladdin platform, you have experience with OMS systems implementation, participation in services / processes transition projects, you have experience working with offshore team
