About the Role:

Our business is expanding, and we seek a .NET Team Leader to help us improve Altium products.

Type of contract: Permanent / Umowa o pracę.

A Day in the Life of Our Team Leader:

• Effective Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Supervise design: Ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features.
• Guide and coach: Write (around 60% of the time) and review code, providing constructive feedback to team members.

Our hybrid schedule

Our global hybrid model allows employees to work remotely two days per week. Our designated In-Office Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is when we come together in-person as a team to collaborate, learn from one another, and accelerate innovation. Some exceptions apply.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Seasoned Expertise: Min. 3 years of team and project leadership and 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Senior level of C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core).
  • Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with GitHub.

• Getting Things Done: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• CAD Know-how: Familiarity with CAD tools will be highly regarded, further enhancing your potential contributions to our team.

• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal, within a professional environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
