You will own the client relationship from the first handshake to the signed contract.Your main responsibilities:Owning the DealYou step in early - before the deal is even real.You qualify opportunities, challenge assumptions.You build proposals that balance risk, value, and client impact.Building Winning ProposalsWork cross-functionally to co-create proposals that resonate - technically sound, strategically aligned, and commercially smart.Knowing When to Walk AwayNot every lead is worth chasing.You’ll identify red flags and drop low-potential deals before they eat up valuable time.Sealing the Deal with StrategyYou understand what makes a client say yes - not just pricing, but trust, clarity, and confidence. You deliver that.Staying Involved Post-SignatureYou don’t disappear after the ink dries.You monitor delivery progress, keep the rationale tight, and step in if changes are needed to protect both client value and CodiLime’s interests.Salary: B2B Contract 15 000 - 22 000 PLN +VAT, plus up to 30% of margin sharing bonusDo we have a match?As a New Business Development Manager you must meet the following criteria:At least 7 years experience in B2B sales in IT services (tech sales, consulting, or solution-based roles) Acquired contracts for at least $1M annual revenueExcellent knowledge of English (C1 level)Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you know how to work a room, even remotelyConfidence in navigating complex client conversationsA strategic mindset with a hunter’s instinctStrong analytical thinking - you’re not afraid to challenge internal estimatesExperience in working with Hubspot or a similar CRM systemBeyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:Experience in working with the US-based clientsFamiliarity with software development or technical solution delivery is a big plusMore reasons to join usFlexible working hours and approach to work: fully remotely, in the office or hybridProfessional growth supported by internal training sessions and a training budgetSolid onboarding with a hands-on approach to give you an easy startA great atmosphere among professionals who are passionate about their work
