Requirements description

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in successfully sourcing IT candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, resulting in a significant number of successful placements.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, clear, and concise content
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the IT field
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach - you know how to prioritize and deliver results
  • A hardworking, positive attitude with excellent time management skills
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Very good command of English
  • Fluent Polish

Your responsibilities

  1. Actively sourcing candidates through direct search and various platforms
  2. Analyzing CVs to ensure alignment with our recruitment requirements
  3. Conducting recruitment interviews (phone, online) and assessing candidates' competencies
  4. Managing the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, clients, and Key Account Managers
  5. Managing talent pipelines proactively to meet current and future business needs
  6. Supporting junior recruiters by sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices to elevate overall team performance.
