Requirements description

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity, security, or compliance platforms (SaaS or on-premise).
• Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity platforms, including vulnerability scanning, configuration baselines, compliance, inventory (CNAPP, APSM, CSPM, etc.).
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments writing epics, features, and user stories.
• Experience with API integrations, microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and DevOps processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, CIS benchmarks) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., public cloud, certified business analyst) are a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cloud Security Business Analyst to join our Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) team within the Cybersecurity Technology Engineering function. The role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the CNAPP engineering team, ensuring CNAPP capabilities are effectively embedded into internal processes.

You will leverage your expertise in cloud security, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps practices to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate them into actionable technical specifications aligned with team milestones.

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders (Architects, Cloud and Containers Engineers, Capability Leads, Control Owners) to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Define and prioritize epics and features within Agile sprints, outlining goals, completion criteria, and dependencies.
3. Maintain traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and delivered features in collaboration with CNAPP and other engineering teams.
4. Advise stakeholders new to CNAPP on achieving their objectives and support requirements elicitation.
5. Conduct workshops and demos to validate solutions and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
6. Define acceptance criteria to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
