We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join our Global Mobility Services team based in Kraków, supporting Swiss-based client teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to our client teams based in Switzerland
  • Support with billing preparation and financial reporting based on data pulled from various tools
  • Process simple requests to/from Tax authorities (subject to a comfortable level of French)
  • Support with sending Swiss Tax Questionnaires
  • File Power of Attorneys with Swiss Tax Authorities
  • Allocate electronically the incoming Mail in our internal Tools
• Monitor functional mailboxes and ensure replies to internal and external requests are sent within agreed KPIs
• Independently prepare excel based reports and for a pre-analysis of data to show areas that need action
• Arrange meetings with clients and/or within the KPMG network
