• Expert-level mastery of distributed systems architecture and design patterns

• Deep expertise in banking protocols and financial messaging systems

• Track record of designing mission-critical, high-availability systems

• Proven experience in technical transformation and modernization initiatives

• Expert knowledge of cloud-native architectures and enterprise integration patterns

• Strong background in performance optimization and scalability solutions

• Deep understanding of security architecture in financial systems

• Extensive experience with technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies

• Proven ability to drive technical excellence across multiple teams

• Expert-level knowledge of modern software development practices

Your responsibilities

1. Define and drive the technical vision and architecture roadmap for the HUB platform
2. Lead system-wide architectural decisions and establish technical standards
3. Drive technical innovation and modernization initiatives across the connectivity platform
4. Provide technical oversight and guidance across multiple development teams
5. Design enterprise-level solutions for complex banking integration challenges
6. Establish best practices for system reliability, scalability, and performance
