• 5+ years of experience in a Database Administration role.

3+ years of experience in managing teams.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-availability database infrastructures;
• Strong leadership and people management skills;
• Experience working across cloud, on-premises, and containerized environments (Kubernetes);
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a growing DBA team (currently 5 members, with active hiring ongoing);
2. Oversee performance, availability, backup, and disaster recovery for more than 100 database servers, including several high-load systems;
3. Collaborate closely with development teams, solution architects, and data analysts to ensure database reliability and efficiency;
4. Drive adoption of modern practices for database management, migrations, automation, and process standardization;
5. Evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies and solutions to meet evolving business needs.
