• 4+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer,
• Experience in designing web applications confirmed by projects in the portfolio
• Experience in gathering requirments from different type of stakeholders
• Strong visual design aesthetic
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders)
• Experience in using workshop tools (Miro / Figma)
• Understanding of API. Experience with API design will be appreciated.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Intercultural Competence: Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, respecting diverse perspectives and fostering teamwork.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written

About the product

Cloud Unit is building an enterprise grade Infrastructure Operations Platform named VOPs to support facilitation of most complex IT infrastructure operations for all IT teams at Bayer globally.

Your responsibilities

1. Planning and Design: Join the team resonsible for planning and running our VOPs platform
2. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Squad Leads and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align integration strategies with business goals.
3. Technical Oversight: Ensure that solutions are user-friendly, logically designed and maintainable, adhering to best practices in IT architecture.
4. Documentation and Standards: Create, maintain & review comprehensive documentation for design, deployment processes, standards, and best practices.
5. Intercultural Communication: Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration among diverse teams across different geographical locations.
