Requirements description

• Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices (around 5 years experience)
• Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment using GitLab, GitOps, and Kubernetes for hosting services is advantageous.
• Prior experience in HPC environments is a plus.
• Some experience in machine learning engineering or MLOps, ideally within the life sciences domain, to support the development of data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and LLM-based multi-agent frameworks from the perspective of an engineer is required.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop, enhance, and maintain software components for a GenAI-powered multi-agent tool, evolving the current MVP into a mature, scalable solution.
2. Integrate selected multi-agent systems into a unified, unbiased ranking framework for drug target evaluation.
3. Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to support system interoperability and data exchange.
4. Collaborate closely with Machine Learning engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to implement technical features aligned with scientific requirements.
5. Apply software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
6. Support the project through agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and delivery.
