Requirements description

  • 3-5 years of experience in Data Operations, Application Support, QA, or a related role
  • University background in Computer Science/IT/Finance or equivalent
  • Strong hands-on with SQL
  • Basic knowledge of  Databricks (Delta Lake, Hive, Parquet), Airflow
  • Basic knowledge Cloud/Big Data: S3/Scality,
  • Basic scripting (Scala) will be  helpful
  • Excellent communication and collaboration; able to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Good command of English (B2)
  • Analytical mind,
  • Willingness to learn
  • Open to work in shifts and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Your responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain existing production data pipelines
  2. Read Spark/Scala logs and perform analytical SQL queries to validate data and support regulatory reporting
  3. Ensure daily and monthly pipeline executions; communicate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure on-time reporting to financial/regulatory bodies
  4. BAU support and on-call; coordinate issue resolution and incident documentation
