Offer description

The Trade Support Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to Traders across securities, cash, and transaction processes. The role includes trade monitoring, reporting, and settlement activities, requiring solid understanding of the business environment. Daily work involves communication with multiple internal and external parties via phone, email, or in person to investigate queries and ensure smooth execution of transactions. The position is part of a Middle Office team supporting investment funds operating in the capital markets.

Your responsibilities

1. Performing Middle Office processes supporting investment funds' activity in the capital markets, including settlement of institutional clients' instructions and resolution of inconsistencies across multiple platforms
2. Supporting clients' inquiries and providing transaction reporting and auxiliary activities
3. Sending and monitoring settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks
4. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Oversight teams
5. Ensuring high quality of service delivered to internal and external clients
6. Supporting co-workers in solving issues and ensuring continuity of daily service
