Requirements description

• Strong understanding of PMO/Project Management data (risks, issues, milestones, status reports).
• Advanced Excel skills, including:

- Pivot tables

- F function and complex formulas

- VLOOKUP & XLOOKUP

• Power Query (VBA not required)
• Ability to create intuitive dashboards and manipulate data
• Capability to suggest and design new views and reports for PMO. Knowledge of Clarity PPM is a plus.

Your responsibilities

1. If you love working with data, creating clear reports, and supporting key decisions in a global organization – this role is for you!
2. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports based on project data for key stakeholders (Project/Portfolio Managers, Change & Transformation Leads, Senior Managers).
3. Analyze data from a $500M change portfolio.
4. Build clear, easy-to-navigate dashboards and useful PMO views.
5. Collaborate with the Portfolio & Accountability Management (P&AM) team to manage project data effectively.
