  • Previous experience in analytical tasks and solving operational issues

  • Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Working knowledge of SAP and a good understanding of financial processes
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Your responsibilities

  1. Prepare Bill-back compensation calculations based on provided data
  2. Review and correct basic First Pass Yield issues
  3. Handle straightforward distributor inquiries and complaints
  4. Support monthly performance targets
  5. Use SAP (including Vistex) to complete daily tasks and help resolve team-level issues
  6. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and SOx-related controls
