Your responsibilities

1. Ensure software quality for delivered products as a senior member of the agile squad.
2. Design technical solutions aligned with operational requirements, IT norms, and standards.
3. Provide IT solutions that maximize business value for product owners and stakeholders.
4. Coach and mentor developers to enhance their technical skills and performance.
5. Act as a change agent, promoting Agile transformation and best practices.
6. Participate in Tech Lead communities at both entity and group levels.
