Requirements description

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Active Directory in a corporate environment.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, and AD/LDS.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Google, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including group policy, event logs, DNS, DHCP, and core Windows Server components.
• Ability to translate technical issues into understandable language for end users.
• Demonstrated progressive responsibility and deep technical troubleshooting skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

AD Support Engineer

Work Mode: Hybrid (preferred 6 days per month in Kraków office or Warsaw office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Active Directory (AD) Support Engineer to provide operational support for enterprise identity infrastructure. This role focuses on daily management and troubleshooting of Active Directory environments, including user and group management, access issue resolution, ticket handling, and participation in incident and crisis response.

Your responsibilities

1. Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests related to Active Directory.
2. Perform user and group administration, permissions changes, and OU moves.
3. Investigate and troubleshoot replication, login, and authentication issues.
4. Respond to tickets and escalations in a timely manner.
5. Participate in crisis calls and collaborate with teams during outages.
6. Collaborate with audit-related teams to progress audit items efficiently.
