Join our OT/IoT* Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region.

The role will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group in our OT/IoT Security Hub. He/She will play a direct role in helping our clients plan, build and implement ServiceNow manufacturing industry solutions in the area of OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, OT SecOps (vulnerability and security incident response), and/or OT Risk Management.

Your responsibilities

1. You will lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in the area of OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management
2. You will help our clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in the manufacturing area.
3. You will provide expert level support and technical mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team
4. You will maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints
5. You will deliver configuration and integration services as well as ensure quality assurance support to the Development and Implementation team
6. You will plan and coordinate all phases of testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles
