We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that will give professional growth in sales in a scaling organization. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box, so you’ll need to be self-dependent and really organised. If you consider yourself to be curious, creative and bold, as well as a natural people-person who’s great at building rapport, we would love to hear from you!

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

  • A proven sales/business development experience (SaaS) from 2+ years
  • Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech-related platforms would also be a huge plus!
  • Fluent in Polish - must!
  • Upper-intermediate level in English - must!
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up working environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed, individually and as part of your team
  • Passionate about people and building relationships
  • Enthusiastic, reliable self-starter with strong organizational skills

Your responsibilities

  1. Territory development: Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Perform outbound calls, engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email, live events etc.) to prospect for new opportunities and close deals.
  3. Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines.
  4. Create account maps and strategies – ensure quality and well-researched opportunities.
  5. Strategies with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities.
  6. Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Hubspot.
