Requirements description

1. Experience leading a small to mid-sized technical team and working with external vendors or service providers.
2. Strong infrastructure skills, including Linux, virtualization (especially Proxmox), containerization ( Docker), and automation with Terraform and Ansible.
3. Hands-on experience with cloud environments ( AWS – IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/FaaS) and daily use of tools such as Google Workspace, Markdown, Draw.io, and Mermaid.
4. Practical knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Lok i) and a working understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
5. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, including clear documentation writing, decision-making, task delegation, and constructive conflict resolution.
6. Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
7. Fluency in English.

Project Information:

Currently, for our Client in the tech industry, we are looking for a DevSecOps Lead:

Project: Maintaining and developing the technical infrastructure (both on-premises and in the cloud), automating processes and supporting the company's business goals.

Technology Stack: Terraform, Ansible, Docker, AWS (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS), Prometheus, Grafana

Team: 2 DevOps

Work Mode: Work mainly from the office in Warsaw, location near Metro Racławicka (3-4 days/week)

Salary: 21 000 - 25 000 pln/month + VAT

Collaboration Model: Employment directly to the Client / Contract with Client.
