OTC Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash Team Leader to oversee daily operations, support process excellence, and guide a team of specialists across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong financial process knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

  1. Oversee the end-to-end O2C activities, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
  2. Act as the main escalation point for operational issues within the O2C cycle.
  3. Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
  4. Review AR-related balance sheet reconciliations and validate journal entries.
  5. Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  6. Drive process harmonization and improvement initiatives across regions.
