Requirements description

WHO YOU ARE:

• Possess or are working towards a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Have at least 4 years of prior software development or engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Knowledge of modern backend and frontend web frameworks.
• Prior experience with cloud technologies and deployment (AWS preferred).
• High-level communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work with a global team across time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and a team player attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and innovate.

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with a global development team to deliver and support business-critical solutions.
2. Partner with developers, product managers, product designers, and business partners to prioritize work daily.
3. Mentor engineers within your team and across the software organization.
4. Make technical design and architecture decisions within and across teams.
5. Consistently contribute to solving organization-wide problems, including shared platforms, libraries, and frameworks.
6. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies.
