Requirements description

  • 2+ years in global SaaS (preferably B2B). Early-stage experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years in a marketing leadership role
  • T-shaped skill set with expertise in SEO, content and performance marketing
  • Product marketing experience in translating features into clear value propositions
  • Proven track record of driving awareness and acquisition
  • Experience working cross-functionally. Hiring and leading marketers is a plus.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern marketing tools and analytics
  • Awareness of brand strategy and its role in SaaS
  • English C1 and Polish C1

We’re hiring a founding Head of Marketing to start as a team of one and lead awareness and acquisition end to end.

If you like mixing strategic vision with hands-on execution and analysis, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do

  • Define positioning and messaging with the founders
  • Help refine product–market fit and validate the business model
  • Set the marketing strategy and execute it hands-on from day one
  • Build and lead the marketing team as we scale
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs
  • Partner across growth (activation, retention, referrals, revenue)
