Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: • Collect and manage documentation related to changes in sub custodians and market renewals • Assist clients in understanding necessary steps and deliver consistent, ongoing support • Keep precise documentation and monitor milestones to ensure timely completion • Analyze workflows to uncover enhancements for operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance-related role • Proficiency in English for effective client communication and documentation • Intermediate skills in Excel and Word for data management and reporting • Familiarity with databases and project tracking to support operational tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
