The role is hybrid, available in Poland with Poznań and Warsaw as preferred locations. You will join a well established Motors Marketing team that manages all marketing activities for two brands: OTOMOTO and OLX Motors categories (all categories: cars and motorcycles, EV, parts, heavy machinery, financing and other automotive related services).  As we work across multiple markets in Europe, you will be required to align communication plans & campaigns across countries, to ensure consistency, timing & impact.

You will own and drive integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies that keep our brands top of mind in the automotive industry, deliver value campaigns & messaging to strengthen customer relationships & perception, and directly influence commercial outcomes.

You’ll work at the intersection of brand, product, sales, and data, translating business strategy into compelling go-to-market plans, campaigns, and activations that deliver measurable impact.

This role assumes working on B2B brand level with our business partners and business customers, from small family-owned dealerships to big corporate clients and OEMs.

You will set & drive the B2B communication strategy for all segments: from brand management, product launches, sales collateral, case studies, sales activations, events, social media, PR, ATL, content, CRM, performance marketing and more. All of it in alignment with respective channel leaders and dedicated in-house specialized teams (CRM, performance, SEO).

You will assess impact through key business metrics & research methodologies measuring important brand loyalty & satisfaction KPIs

External communication would be mostly in Polish, however for effective internal communication, excellent command of the English language is essential in both written & verbal forms.

You will report directly to the Senior Head of Marketing PL Motors. The role requires some travelling including B2B events, business client meetings or marketing production (i.e. video shoots).

Finally, you will join a team developing the leading automotive classifieds platform in Poland for almost 20 years - OTOMOTO, and as we believe mobility is the basic right for everyone - you’ll be a part of making it happen every day.

Key responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing & GTM Strategy:

  • Develop and deliver a yearly Integrated Marketing Plan for B2B customers aligned to overall business objectives.

  • Plan & manage relevant budgets & investment impact reviews

  • Lead the strategy and execution value delivery campaigns from concept to completion

  • Ensure consistent, value-driven messaging that strengthens brand presence, customer retention, and customer growth.

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies & communication plans for new business features and product launches, ensuring clear value articulation and adoption by customers.

  • Identify, prioritize, and roadmap growth opportunities using a data-driven approach, deciding where to focus for maximum impact.

  • Take accountability for B2C business goals, aligning brand activity with performance outcomes.

Brand & Content Strategies:

  • Strengthen brand position within the automotive industry through clear, consistent, and compelling communication including product launches, sales collateral, mailers, case studies, PR, social media and industry events

  • Drive executive thought leadership by supporting the visibility and positioning of senior leaders across industry events, media, social platforms, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Formulate and execute communication and PR strategies that manage perception and build trust across all automotive audiences.

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and channel specialists (PR, social, performance, CRM, SEO, content) to deliver joint  marketing execution.

  • Partner with senior executive stakeholders to align marketing strategy with growth priorities and ensure delivery of robust, measurable outcomes.

  • Align and enable sales teams through clear B2B marketing communications and product education.

  • Manage automotive content platforms & external partners/content creators that deliver that content Lead and collaborate with 360 agencies, production partners, event agencies, and specialist suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns and activations.

  • Plan & execute key customer workshops, webinars, large scale events, product launch events & award programs

  • Analyse competitor landscapes and market trends to ensure our brand is strategically positioned with our customers for maximum impact

  • Identify and manage research initiatives to inform strategic decision-making, benchmark & provide the business with key strategic insights to action.

  • Track, measure, and optimise marketing performance to ensure tangible business impact as well as complete various report & presentations reflecting the value and impact of the campaigns

Knowledge and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing management communications role - specific B2B in automotive would be an advantage

  • You know how to work with multiple stakeholders and agencies;

  • You have the ability to take responsibility for your own designed plan and present it with senior management;

  • You have the understanding of Polish automotive market (distribution models, trends, insights would be an added value, but it’s not a must-have);

  • Excellent written & creative communication

  • You are data-driven and are able to explain business impact through analysis;

  • You are user-centric and able to identify insights and translate them into actionable campaigns;

  • You are an intrapreneur, feeling comfortable to build completely new solutions, rather than focusing only on optimization;

  • You are accustomed to working in matrix or other complex environments and are able to cope with a good degree of ambiguity;

  • You possess Polish and English fluency - allowing you to express your thoughts smoothly and easily in an international environment;

  • You have the experience of working with technology and product teams (this would be an asset).
