Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field, At least 10 years of experience in operational excellence, master data management, or digital transformation, Proven experience defining and implementing TOM and MD strategies in manufacturing or supply chain, Strong understanding of MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems, Experience working in international and matrix organizations, Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, Fluency in English, Willingness to travel occasionally on a business trip to Barcelona (around 10% annually), Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required
