Compensation: $19

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following, but are not limited to the job

specifications contained herein.

• Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
• Responsible for playing an active role in the renewal process.
• Participate in on-going resident retention program under direction of Property Manager.
• Observe the courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints.
• Learn proper maintenance of resident and property files.
• Assist with efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, and related information.
• Responsible for ensuring the “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in a clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property.
• Learn lease terms, specifications, and all community policies.
• Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques.
• Learn how to determine current market conditions.
• Responsible for “shopping” competitive properties and completing market updates.
• Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and manner for oneself at all times.
• Learn leasing techniques and sales methods as designated by Bader.
• Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and current enrollment at an accredited 4-year university. Preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree in property management, finance, real estate, or a related field. Experience in marketing, sales or high end customer service related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
