Opis stanowiska

Wymagania

University degree in engineering, production management, business or equivalent., Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, including 2–3 years in an Operational Excellence / Lean / CI leadership role., Strong knowledge of lean principles and systems (e.g. TPS, Hoshin, daily management, value stream management)., Proven track record in leading cross-functional improvement projects and delivering measurable business results., Experience in leading and developing teams; strong change management skills., Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence and challenge at all organizational levels., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data, KPIs and basic BI tools., Very good command of English (spoken and written); international experience is an asset., Lean / Six Sigma certification (e.g. Green Belt / Black Belt) is preferred.
