You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing, You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Other European languages will also be considered an asset, You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce), You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, You are a team player and good networker, You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset, You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
